" Who am I to judge? "

Jesus said: "Do not judge according to appearance, but

If Jesus said such a thing, should not those who hold the position claiming to be "vicar" (in the place of) of Christ hold to the same doctrine as Jesus Christ?

Within the past few months the US Supreme Court ruled in favor of same-sex marriage. Within the past couple of weeks the official 'head' of England, the Queen, gave her assent to same-sex marriage. Now, within the past week, the ruler of the world's largest religious entity, the pope of the catholic church is heard saying, "Who am I to judge?" regarding any person's sexual orientation?

And from the (so-called) gay community, the taunts are many: Where does it say, in the Bible, that to be gay is wrong? If God made me this way, is it not like going "against nature" to try to be "rehabilitated" to be "straight"? I was "born" this way and can't help it; God loves/accepts me just the way I am. I've accepted it, why can't you?

When Jesus was answering a question about divorce (Mt19:3-10) His foundation for the answer is

"male and female He created them" (Ge1:27) "Therefore a man, leaving his father and mother, and having cleaved to his wife, they are one flesh." (Ge2:21-25) "And God blessed them, and God said to them, Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the flying creatures of the heavens, and over every living thing that moves on the earth." (Ge1:28) Their official (collective) name was "mankind" (Ge5:2)
This is the foundation for the existence of humanity on earth. At the root core of everything:
  1. They are male and female
  2. At marriage the male and female become one flesh, separate from their parents
  3. This union results in fruitfulness (something that is impossible for gays)
  4. Man is in charge (has dominion) of everything
When man refused to observe this order the result was judgment:
  1. When strange seed was allowed to mingle with the woman, something other than "mankind" was the result. (Ge6:1-5) It was an interspecies breeding between fallen angels and woman. And since Noah's family was the only genetically pure family (Gen6:9) God destryed all the rest of the mutants in the flood.

  2. When Sodom and Gomorrah chose to corrupt God's man/woman order they received a fiery judgment. (Ge18) What the men of Sodom were doing was called "exceedingly evil" (Ge13:13) Who gave them this label? A preacher or priest? God Himself. Anybody who would come up with other terminology is calling God a "liar".

  3. When the Law was given it says, specifically:
"If a man lies with a male as one lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall be executed to death. Their blood shall be upon them." (Le20:13)

  4. The OT Law also carries over to the NT:
"Likewise also the men, abandoning the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men with men performing what is shameful, and receiving the retribution within themselves, the penalty which is fitting for their error...who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do them, but also approve of those who practice them." (Rom1:27,32)

"Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be led astray. Neither prostitutes, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor sodomites..... will inherit the kingdom of God." (1Co6:9-10)

Notice that the consequences were either DEATH or NOT GOING TO HEAVEN.

And also notice that the men of Sodom reacted the same as they do today. When the angels came to Lot's house, the area rebels came, demanding that Lot bring them out and let the men have their way with them, and when Lot refuses:

"...they said, Stand back! And they said, This one came in to sojourn, and he acts as a judge to condemn; now we will deal worse with you than with them. And they pressed hard against the man Lot, and came near to break down the door." (Ge19:4-11)
Their judgment was fire and brimstone. (Ge19:24)

And the coming days Jesus said would be like

the "days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. EVEN IN THE SAME WAY WILL IT BE IN THE DAY WHEN THE SON OF MAN IS REVEALED." (Lk17:28-30)
When the numbers are added up in Revelation, they add up to 90% of the world's humanity being obliterated; which also happens to calculate similar to what the UNAgenda 21 has for its goals. And this is not the 'judgement' of some pope, or some judgmental hate-filled Christian; but is the proclamation of God Almighty.

And if you wish to whine and claim that "this is the way I am...I can't help it", or even worse, "this is the way God made me"....you would seek to 'blame' God for your own perversity???

God made them "male and female" (Ge1:27, 5:2, Mt19:4) That's Adam and Eve; not Adam and Steve or Mary and Eve.

"For we know Him who has said, Vengeance is Mine, I will repay, says the Lord. And again, The Lord will judge His people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God." (Heb10:30-31)
